Commencement Project - Senior Year
As a senior, the student should be finished with his/her work in the field and will be concentrating on the final Presentation Portfolio. There are two components of this portfolio: The Written Report and the Oral Presentation. Upon completion of the Presentation Portfolio, the student will earn .5 credit hours toward graduation. The Senior Project Coordinator will work with each student to review the appropriate paperwork and confirm the Oral Presentation dates.

Presentation Portfolio
Written Paper
In a written essay, the graduating senior needs to communicate two elements. The first element is a detailed summary of the project: research and preparation, process of implementation and completion, and a summary of resources used. Secondly, the written presentation involves a great deal of personal reflection. This three to five page paper will be evaluated on its authenticity, organization, mechanics and format. MLA format can be used as a guideline. Pictures, letters, or other documents are encouraged.
